What all to do to weight weenie my new emonda SL6?

it's about 7.5kg stock, full ultegra.
The brakes are bontrager speed stop direct mount and are like 100grams each, which is lighter than dura ace so I'll keep those.
Will swap out the wheels later.
The seat post is proprietary so that's there to stay.
Will get XTR spd pedals later
So I guess I can get a ligther stem, handlebars, and seat?
Also upgrade the drivetrain components to dura ace over time?
Anything else?
Would love to get it down to 6.5kg or 6.8kg!
EDIT: looks like if I replace my shifters, chain, and both derailleurs with dura ace, I will spend like 750$ + labor just to save about 147 grams....that doesn't seem like a good deal does it? What should I do?

Why would you add heavy MTB pedals when you could save 150g by fitting lightweight speedplays or look carbons etc etc
What tyres/tubes are you using? Its quite easy to save 100-150g on tyres & latex tubes.
Theres another 50g+ to be saved by fitting Ti QR's, 100g with a lighter saddle.
What wheels are on the bike?
It's a custom seatpost, lighter than the SLR post that Bontrager sells.
Speaking honestly with you, I think that you're chasing windmills on this build if you are trying to drop a 7.5kg bike to 6.5 (or even 6. - I know from first-hand experience. The SL6 has some decent kit already equipped, and getting down to that weight will require some serious investment of money. Your best bet is to set a reasonable goal (work in increments: 7.2, 7.0) and strive to hit those. Save some money and go with wheels/tires, first, as that's going to be the heaviest component on the bike.

I would get the Bontrager XXX integrated bar (around 230 grams), XXX 4 wheels (1400 grams) with Conti 5000TL tires. Cut some weight and gain speed.

Oh I didn't realize road pedals were 150g lighter, I thought it was just a smaller difference. Mostly wanted mtb shoes because they are easier to walk in if you have an emergency or something.
I'm using continental gp4000sii tires
they come with stock paradigm wheels which are pretty heavy, planning to build up some hplus son wheels with dt swiss 350 hubs later

H+Sons to 350 are heavy too lol... don't be a fred and get mtb pedals. How much do you weigh? XR22t + Sapim Laser + BHS hubs should be under 1400g for pretty cheap.
Man just look at some threads before asking basic questions. You're talking about spending $1000+ on Dura ace when rival is the same weight. The small items like skewers, headset expander, housing, and stuff like that are where you make the most efficient gains. There are tons of threads here of people building light bikes for cheap.
Just get road pedals and cleat covers.

Aim for 1400g wheels, 250g (each) tires, 70g tubes. Weigh the suff you have now and go from there.
If you went carbon wheels and tubular you might be able to get near 6.5-7kg without doing much else. Wheels also make the most difference to ride quality and feel.
You can go with carbon railed saddle, ti skewers and minimalist plug, but those are very minimal weight savers that are expensive and might not make your bike function any better. Put an extra 500g bottle on your bike, can you feel the difference? Not really. Switch 1800g alloy wheels to 1300-1400g carbon wheels, you really can.
