Have you checked the manual?

When I cabled a madone the lengths were specified for each frame size down to the millimeter.

I don't have the frame yet and couldn't find an emonda manual online. If someone could post the manual it would be great.

As far as I know there is no manual for the Emonda, it's too "basic"
If you find one please forward it to me ;)

If you wan't to be on the safe side go for a "universal kit"

1x 1400 (BB stowed Junction B to Handlebarend EW910)
1x 300 (?, depending on Handlebar, Shifter to EW910)
1x 600-700 (Between Shifters, depending on handlebar)
1x 500 (Junction B to FD)
1x 750 (Junction B to RD)
1x 900 (? not sure about this one, factor in the integrated seatmast (Depending on Seatheight or 2x shorter with JC200 for travel setup, Junction B to Seatpost stowed Battery)

For the seatpost, the battery sits in the seat mast, not in the seat cap. So doesn’t need to be super long.

Thx. Maybe it would make sense to put junction B in the seat tube to be able to access it for maintenance without removing the BB. Would just take some longer cables than standard. Have to look into that. It's a shame they didn't make a removable cover on the down tube. Makes things so much easier.

You should never need to touch/access the B-junction once the original install is done. Its a just a 4-way passive/dumb plug.
I have 3 bikes with Di2 and have never needed to touch the B-Junction.

Would have agreed. But I just had a power failure on my Roubaix a couple of weeks ago. No clear cause was found but it felt very reassuring to replug all cables. Junction B can be accessed through an opening under the BB without dismantling anything.
