i know designs are converging and there's only subtle differences between a V3RS, Tarmac, Merak, et al, but they definitely got it right (excepting the FSA cockpit). best LOOKING "all rounder" design hands down.

Certianly not a bad looking bike, but don't think you can make such an emphatic statement when it's so similar to a Teammachine (way more than the models you mentioned).
