And let's not forget the Wilier Zero. Man, I love Wilier bikes, but that seat tube knobby thingy completely ruins the aesthetics of that bike for me. Too bad.
It has been tested on the wind tunnel according to manufacturer and the new Cervelo S5 follows a similar design where top tube follows closely the arc of the rear wheel. So I doubt it is just marketing. It makes sense in terms of aerodynamics.
