I use a C-bear BB with my THM crank, lighter than both and cheaper than Ceramic Speed.

Bit the bullet and ordered THM ceramic. Upgrading five bikes in two years, sucks.

I ended up going with an outboard BB for my SL5 to accommodate the wide THM spindle. I am not sure if the standard changed between SL5 and SL6. In my case, I believe there is an improvement in perceived stiffness due to the wider BB.

Yes, i noticed that an external BB to make the BB wider is needed for fitting the THM Clavicula to the SL6. I'm a little disappointed because the idea of putting THM was to reduce the weight of the Sworks cranks a lot and if you have to mount an external BB, apart from costing more, it increases the weight of the normal BB of the SL6 by 50-60 grams...

Only?? This model?? https://www.c-bear.com/en/products/bott ... -clavicula

I see in another post of other user, that he weighted it at 92g, figure that seems in line with the THM ones more or less.
