Very strange indeed. Wonder what happened or was this spontaneous?

Looks to me like your bike fell along an brick wall/corner or something?

That is shit!!!!
It's clearly a frame failure!!!
I have never ever seen a frame disintegrate itself like that!!!

Those look like paint chips after something has hit the bike. Not sure why that should be a warranty issue.

Don't know but I have the same on my canyon where my tube hit the side of a brick when parking it. Or you can see paint chips where there are sharp transitions

Well it was obviously something. The way you originally posted it seemed like you were blaming the frame. Hope you got it fixed quicky and we'll

Ya thats how it read for me too. Weird there are two guys on the forum who have great colnago frames and both hate them ?

And those chips look like somethin hit the bike or the bike hit something.. ?

I can't complaint with this, but BMC are more stronger in the construction of the frameset, also have brick wall/corner, after one year, still the same frame, nothing happens.
Thats why I need to complain with Colnago, its too sensative, just a small kiss and boom, voila!!!damage at all.

I'm lucky to send to a local studio for repair, it cost only 100 bucks.

It's all how you hit the frame and where that can get disastrous results. I crashed last year my Canyon. Still looked nice but decided to bin it. Didn't want to take a risk.
Had a Giant TCR 2013 and hit a car twice. Frame survived without anything me less lucky. Why ? Well in both cases my sucky alu wheels took the beating 😆
