I appear to have lost the bolt spacer that you need when fitting the OSPW set-up, it's a small steel spacer that you pop on before tightening it to the derailleur.

Shimano 9000 version for reference.

I've emailed CS regarding a replacement but if that's no use does anyone have one that they would be able to measure for me? I'm a machinist so would be happy to make one.

I'll PayPal someone £10 if they can check the dimensions...

Does the spacer have a circular L profile?

Then you need it as it will ensure the bolt tightens on the inner race of the bearing.

I don't recall it having any profile, here's a pic I found of the spacer for reference.

Looks like it can be replaced by a homemade version but...

The inner diameter seems a lot bigger than the bolt outer. It wouldn't center properly unless there is something else between it and the bolt.

Maybe someone familiar with ospw would better answer.
