Pioneer power meter issues

Anyone here have a dual sided Pioneer?
i'm having issues with my left pedal. It is in pedalling monitor mode (private ant+) but my right side is stuck in ant+ single mode and I can't switch it to pedalling monitor mode.
I have two different head units to try and change it but not having any luck.
If I use a wahoo headhunt it will just stay on the 'switching modes' screen and not do anything. I also have a pioneer CA500 and when I try to find the sensor the power option is greyed out so I can't search for it.
I've reached out to Pioneer Australia who have advised i need to go to the Australian distributor who I've tried to contact but no repsonse
