Hi Guys;

I'm new to this forum and have just built a Pinerello 10 Disc which came out at 7.25Kg - is this good?

Spec 53 cm frame
Full Axs red 12 speed etap group 47/35 crankset, 33 / 10 cassette, 140mm discs, and blip remote gear buttons
Wheels zipp 303 shod with schwalbe pro 1 28mm with tubes
speedplay zero pedals with full J&L Ti upgrade kit - cost about £50
Deda stem and bars & tape - the most bars and stem look great but weigh a ton
2 x Bontrager XXX bottle cages
Carbon garmin mount

Thats about it

A custom Llewellyn Colussus disc.

Couldn’t afford one, but do list after one and his craftsmanship is top class
I lusted after that bike as well. The cost was a little out of what I wanted to spend so I did this instead which uses the same size tubing he does (and stiffer chain stays) but fillet brazed.

...
Looks sweet. How does it ride ?

What was the cost of the frame ?
Sorry for the late response.

It rides great - but not as good as my Warbird with 38mm Compass Tires - but nothing does. If I did it again I would probably do the same tubing with the ENVE Gravel fork to take the Compass 38's.

Only about $2,300 USD if I recall correctly. But then I spent a fortune on Paint by Velocolour. Matt at Saltair will get it painted for you for not much more than the $2,300 by Spectrum I think which do pretty good paint.

The lines of this bike to my eye are ruined by the rear wheel cutout. It’s kind of a halfway house. I prefer either a full version like the Canyon Aeroad or S5 or just a normal seat tube. This looks wrong to my eye. Same problem with the Basso Diamante SV. Prefer the non SV for the same reason. It’s probably only worth 1 watt anyway.
