1x11? I live in a very flat area too and run very aero too. I’m planning on getting a hed h3 converted to disc brakes. Paired with Zipp’s 454 nsw with disc hubs would be a treat too. Rotor flow crank.

Lol my ultimate road disc build doesn't include anything you have listed.

If you are asking for the ultimate build, just buy the best parts on the market. Enve wheels with Chris King hubs, Enve cockpit, DA or Red AXS drivetrain, etc.

I would suggest new Bora WTO Disc Wheels - fantastic hubs and the wheels are quite aero and quite stiff for sprinting, while still riding nice with the steel spokes - probably best disc wheels out there in terms of function and should be pretty good on aero.

They will roll a lot better than Chris King Hubs and should be about as aero as ENVE.

Pair that with H11 Campy Shifters (Campy disc brakes are by far the best IMO - i've had them all - Shimano, SRAM, Campy with RX4's, TRP Hylex).

They are phenominal in terms of how they work(braking and shifting is quite good as well). They are precision instruments. Pair that with 11sp Record or SR (you should be able to find pretty good deals). I would Campy above SRAM and Shimano on braking and on par on shifting.

The H11 shifters look a lot better than SRAM and you can find good deals on them now.

I would stick with 3T for seatpost and stem - I like when the cockpit matches.

If you can't find good deals on 11sp Campy - you can always get 12sp Record or SR with 11-29 Cassette - still nice and tight ratios. Brakes are the same between 11 and 12sp - however newest 12sp has updated pads and pad clips - but those fit on 11sp when you wear your initial pads out.

Time Alpe d'Huez 01 Aktiv Disc, Campy Super Record EPS, Time Carbon Monolink Stem, Time Ergodrive Carbon bars, Enve 4.5 AR Disc wheels. This would be one unique bike made of French carbon (it's not necessarily better, but it's different!)

I would be tempted to go custom, if didn't need to care for costs.

Maybe new models are on the way so the Scylon (launched in 2014) is no longer on the website.

A custom Llewellyn Colussus disc.

Couldn’t afford one, but do list after one and his craftsmanship is top class

 Same

35-40mm Tubeless tyres, some nice wide road rims (maybe Stans or Velocity, laced 32H to something that needs infrequent and easy servicing, Hope or Shimano maybe) full length guards, full ultegra R8000 Hydro Di2, 50/34, 11/28 ish at the back. Some nice but serviceable finishing kit (Mid range Deda maybe, like their RHM bar shape). Wipe clean bar tape, mid range saddle (Arione for preference). Mini rear rack for strapping "shit" to. Permanently fitted lights. Full complement of braze ons. Maybe fit a chain oiler for longer rides in shittier conditions.
Second set of wheels with studded tyres on.

Ultimate road disc build.

I lusted after that bike as well. The cost was a little out of what I wanted to spend so I did this instead which uses the same size tubing he does (and stiffer chain stays) but fillet brazed.

Columbus HSS tubing

44mm HT
T47 BB
44mm Ovalized DT
35mm TT
30.9 Seattube
16mm SS
28mm 18.5 x 36mm Chainstays
Paint by Velocolour

The frame was 2.0KG with Paint - but less than 7.8kg all built up ready to ride with pedals. The Carbon Bottle cage screws help.

Finally a really stiff metal bike that still rides great ( I rode it back to back with a Pinarello F10 this past weekend).

Looks sweet. How does it ride ?

What was the cost of the frame ?
