Just got a reply from Ventum:

A Large NS1 frame weight 1020 grams. An XL frame is 1050 grams. The uncut NS1 fork weights 415 grams.

Our integrated, one-piece bar/stem cockpit weight 350 grams in a size 42cm wide bar/100mm stem.

Anyone knows the real factory of this frame? Is this really an open mold?

Fibertek would be my guess.

It is crazy how much cheaper the SRAM Rival eTap version is than Ultegra Di2 or Force. Still saving up for it, but I'm leaning towards Rival with the ENVE Foundation 45s, as of now anyway.

almost definitely. ventum is more a marketing company than anything else. their go-to move is to put a $10k sticker on a $4k bike, then offer it for $5k and tell you you're getting it for half off.

Okay, so find any other outfit using the NS1 frame.

You can buy the frame for $3500 now. $3700 gets you one with SRAM Rival and wheels. Hard to beat, take off the groupset($1,600) and wheels(~$200) and the frame is $1900.

At around 31 minutes into this podcast their founder talks about designing the NS1 briefly. Also the GS1(gravel) is nearly identical design, I haven't seen 2 open molds matching like that, road & gravel.

All of the owners that I've actually talked to have been very happy with the bike.

From the pictures it looks like the Rival version has a normal stem and handlebars, whereas the other models (including frameset only) have the integrated barstem included.

The world of openmould frames is a crazy place.
I picked up a velobuild 099 which is sold as Dolan but with £1,000 mark up.
