DT 350 12mm conversion

I have a pair of DT 350 centrelock, J bend spoke hubs that're currently fitted with QR end caps. I'd like to convert them to 12mm x 100mm (front) and 142mm (rear). Which conversion kits do I need? There appear to be different kits available for MTB or road hubs, I'm not sure what the difference is between the two hubs? Presumably it's just the freehub (road using the wider Shimano 11 speed freehub body)? My rear hub is fitted with a 10 speed freehub body.

Thanks, I did have a look at the conversion charts but was hoping for confirmation of the correct parts.

DT Swiss has a very good customer service in Switzerland and they answer all questions fast (usually the next day) and with all details needed!

But if you live in North America for example they send all inquiries to their US or CDN distributor. The leadtime is much longer and the quality IMHO is definitely not as good as from DT Swiss CH (I was for example told that you cannot have a Shimano MTB cassette on a Shimano Road freehub so that I would have had to purchase a new freehub.). Something you experienced however with all manufacturers when they have distributors....
