What was the widest tire you were able to accommodate on the addict rc? Thanks!
gp5000tl 32mm on 19c fit pretty well

Thought I'd share some half built pics of my addict RC Ultimate 52cm. I've had a few build issues with lost grub screws for the seatpost and Di2 cable problems, but hopefully it'll be built up before end of the week.

At the moment it should end up just under 6.8kg without pedals but inc cages and Garmin mount. I've weighed pretty much everything I think and I'll be happy with that. I'm toying with saving some weight with speedplays and different rotors, but that'll evolve over time I think.

The paint added around 120g on the stated weight I think, but it's worth avoiding a few cakes for the finish, which is unbelievable in the flesh. Thanks to FatCreations for the finish !

Who needs an SL7 😂

What was the total cost of the custom paintjob?

It was over £1,000 but under £2,000. Ali at FatCreations will do pretty much anything he can if you want it - this was one at the top end of his scale as a LOT of work went into it.

Lovely looking paint job, I have been following that on Ali's Instagram account 👍

Scott Addict RC Pro 2021
Scott Addict RC 10 2021
Scott Addict RC 15 2021

As Pro has DA Di2, then Premium and Ultimate have to have something new.
I assume we can expect a sizable price increase across the range?

EDIT* Answering my own question by also looking at the endurance Addict.

2020 Addict 10 Disc ($2499) now $2999 for 2021.
2020 Addict 20 Disc ($2099) now $2499 for 2021.

Same exact bikes, just different colors. Ouch.

Stripped my rc30 last night. The mechanical routing is just horrendous. Do yourself a favour and use di2 or axs on this bike. It’s almost impossible to have a well shifting gear using the Creston Ic SL bar with short stem (mine is 90mm) due to extreme cabling angle and not enough space to route with less friction.

Anyway weight is good and very close to claimed. Size 52cm

nice! that blue is quite a bit lighter than the team edition then, 875g for an XXS!

Agreed. Only problem is that there is a shortage of Shimano groupsets now. In this case, Dura Ace di2 that I’ve been looking for through various LBC’s. Annoying but still waiting for it to finally arrive and then I can finish the bike build

Nice build! Any chance you could share your list of parts and weights?

When I get a minute and it's bottomed out I'll put something up - I've prob missed something weight wise tho 🤪

Creston IC SL owners with Di2...

I'm looking at groupset options for my build, was originally going with AXS but now find myself considering Di2 which I'm honestly not that familiar with.

I'd like to run the bar end junction box, is it better to run this with the JC130 splitter and how did you install it? Assume there's no way the connectors are getting through the slot in the stem but the 550mm doesn't seem long enough to reach all the way to the downtube.

Also the cable running from the RS910, is it better to run this to the shifter on the opposite side of the bar to avoid having to bend around the exit hole nearest the shifter?

Edit: Just seen page 60, can't believe I didn't think to shove the splitter in through the bar end! Anyway, any other suggestions welcome...

Addict rc users, winter is coming.

What are your suggestions/recommendations for a good front light. Is there a k-edge solution where I can attach a light from below?

Thanks!!

Wanna check, does this BB fit into the Addict RC pro frame? Image
