Is there any other 0 offset seatpost for the Addict RC than the factory one (Syncros)? Darimo plans to launch one, but still not available. Any hints?

Does anyone know if the most upper spacer for the Creston iC SL is mandatory to be installed?
This spacer is just as the most lower spacer, not removable after the cables run through them.

Does the upper spacer provide any aid in mounting of the stemcap (with the magnet)?

I have a Scott Addict RC 15 2020 and want to get my stem even lower than the standard (slammed) stem can achive. Is the integrated "one piece" handlebar lower than the stock stem? Or are there any other options for me? I like the clean looks, but also missed the days you just bought a Ritchet negative 17C stem and installed it 30 min before the ride
