I have ordered the Winspace Hyper 65 for my Addict, very excited. The bars are still not installed, but that's all that is left now.
I made a huge blunder though with the seatpost. I didn't mount my old saddle when measuring and thought I needed more setback. Once I got my 20mm post, it turned out that the rails were much further back on the stock Syncros saddle compared to Fizik Argo which I will run.
So it is now the 20mm post I won't need. As it seems is the case with everyone. So stoked though for spring, to try out this bike.

Wow, that is nice. I was looking through almost the whole thread for bike pics, and I think this one might be the best looking.BianchiDave wrote: ↑Fri May 28, 2021 3:37 pmSteerer cut and Roval Rapide CLX's fitted (with new ratchet!) with GP5000 28mm. Looks much more aggressive than the 38mm wheels with tan Vittorias. Weight is now 7.1kg. Creston ic SL would take it sub 7kg but I think this'll do for now -
This is probably an unpopular opinion, but I find the IC SL integrated bars kind of grotesque looking. It's probably just me though.

Ohh man this is the version I ordered. looks dope!Addict15 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 29, 2021 10:06 pmI have been looking for a while as well and just found something:https://www.bikefunn.com/roadbike/2022/ ... raDi2.html. It's the black version and in japan, but it's something. I have the komodo green version on order and that was supposed to arrive at the end of november. The arrival date is now next end of next week, but the lbs says that doesn't mean much. The pictures do look awesome and I'm sure it will be worth the waitstriderhnd wrote: ↑Tue Dec 28, 2021 11:15 pmHas anyone seen any of the new RC 15 with ultegra yet? I'm waiting for mine to arrive at my lbs but wanted to see if anyone has seen one in Europe
Can't wait mine to arrive soon!
I'd lose my head (my wallet actually) if those rapide were tubeless official (I know some people use it tubeless and works just fine but its not official and for the price of the wheels I can't justify using them unofficially). And they do look dope in that addict. The red and black in the frame matches just right with the wheels and the black rings.Roadbiker10 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 30, 2021 9:07 pmWow, that is nice. Thanks guys, nice of you to say. Not that I need motivation to ride but I can't wait for Spring to get back out on it. I've still not changed the bars but don't think I'll bother now as the fit is perfect for me, plus theres plenty other stuff I need to be spending money on first (non cycling related). Saving a few hundred grams is still very appealing though!
Since that photo was taken I've changed the cages to black Elite Rocko Carbon to lose the flashes of orange. The Syncros cages are back on my Foil which I was selling, but decided I couldn't part with it
Oh, and happy new year all!

I have recently stripped the SRAM force off my addict rc and plan to put campagnolo eps 12 speed on for the coming summer.
Only question is has anyone already done this? ive searched the net but not seen any good pictures of it.
With the front brake do i need to buy a rear campagnolo caliper even for the front? it directly mounts to the fork doesnt it and campagnolo front caliper doesnt use a bracket so i think i need 2 rear calipers? any advice would be appreciated

The best would be to contact directly Campagnolo. However, since there is also an adapter for Campagnolo 140mm front caliper, similar to other brands, you should be able to do it the same way as with Shimano and SRAM and use 140mm Campag front caliper on Addict. I am however not sure if there exist similarly long screws that would fit Campag caliper.

Here's some more inspiration 2021 Addict RC Pro framset (size L) with the new Ultegra R8100, Nextie CRX 45 rims and DT 240s hubs (by "Laufradtuning Köln"). My cheap suitcase scale says 7.25 kg (incl. DA pedals, bottle cages, tubeless sealant, Garmin mount and Varia mount) - probably it's rather 7.3-7.4 with a more precise scale. Will check that out some timeRoadbiker10 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 30, 2021 9:07 pmWow, that is nice. I just tried to remove one spacer before taking it to the shop to change bars. I came across something though.
It's strange that the stem bolts are different. One is black torx and other silver insex. That was the the first thing but then when I started unscrewing, I heard a pretty loud creacking noise almost every time I turn the bolts. Then the same thing when tightening them back. I didn't see anything wrong visually with the steerer tube. So I put some lube on the bolts and it didn't help.
Is this something to be worried about? I didn't hear any noises when riding it. It's worth noting that I bought it second hand, but it was only three weeks old.

That's nice. I like how they have the color fading from front to back.mapaha2810 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 05, 2022 1:08 amHere's some more inspiration 2021 Addict RC Pro framset (size L) with the new Ultegra R8100, Nextie CRX 45 rims and DT 240s hubs (by "Laufradtuning Köln"). What is the weight of the wheelset? And how do they ride? Are you happy with them?
Thanks.

Finally was able to mount the tyres to the Hyper wheels with much pain. Running Silca tubes with Lun's own 35mm extenders, on Conti GP 5000 25c. Also just got a Quarq powermeter for the crankset. Got tired of waiting for Speedplay meter.
By the way, does anyone have any answers regarding the creacking when tightening and loosening the stem screws and what could be the cause? See my post a few posts up. Is is something to be worried about?

1390g incl. tubeless rimtape. Because of the shitty weather here in Germany I've ridden the new build only for 85 km by now, pretty flat terrain. So far: All fine. They look good, feel stiff and I've chosen the CRX 45 rims because I think 45mm is a good compromise for being leightweight and aero. Plus the inner width suits 28-30mm tyres well. But way too early to really judge them.ChrisRideLog wrote: ↑Wed Jan 12, 2022 8:32 pmHey Mapaha,mapaha2810 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 05, 2022 1:08 am
