Whilst I'm waiting for my frameset to arrive, I'm looking at some weight saving thru axles. I've looked around at a few inc. tune, DT Swiss, enve and aserra, and I'm wondering:
- anyone got any recommendations; and
- what sizes should I be looking for, front and rear (can't seem to see it on Scott website).
Thx

12x100 and 12x142, 1.5mm thread pitch. Ask a current owner to measure the length of their current thru axles minus the head.

From memory I posted the lengths (or pictures) earlier in the thread. I will check again later

Hmmm, do those measurements include the head? 126mm is quite wide for a front axle. Could you measure them with a ruler?

Measured - the 126 includes the thread

And the head presumably. Width between fork is nominally 100mm so with 13.5mm thread length leaves 12 ish for the head.
