Well the headset cover is meant for the factor black inc stem and bar combo. I didnt want to use it and instead used an extralite stem and thm bar which is much lighter.
And enve stem will fill it out much better as the profile matches much closer

Concur! Looks sharp AND light = keeper (at least until the next big thing comes along ). I'm digging the orange Turbolito's peeking out.
Food for thoughts:
(1) With the current (now previous) and prev-generation (now prev-prev-gen) Scott Addict, you could noticeably deflect the top aspect of the top tube by pinching it between your fingers and thumb. Suspect the Addict isn't alone in this regard. Visually goes to show how the designers balance lightweight-ness and their desired "laterally stiff / vertically compliant" goals.
(2) Makes me think Factor's warning sticker might be a bit of shrewd marketing. If the Addict's "squeezable" top tube is any indication of other lightweight frames (see #1) and we don't have a rash of cracking / breaking top tubes, then maybe Factor's warning sticker is much ado about nothing? Sure, the top tube is delicate and care should be taken not to damage it. Don't bounce on the top tube at the coffee shop with both feet off the gound!
@madcow, any updates on your build? Excited to see a true ww disc frame...

@moyboy,
the little cover that snaps on the upper part of the down tube...is that for the Di2 junction A?
i know you're using eTap so that's not an issue, but I was just wondering what that cover was for.

It's like a tarmac sl6... That cover on the downtube is for mechanical shifting. The previous o2 didnt allow for mechanical until now.
Thx. You would think that they would've made it for mechanical but also for Di2 junction A as well. So at least you would have the option to put it there versus the bar end.
