Past weekend I felt on the ground and my left cycling shoe is a little bit scuffed.
The shoe is a Gaerne G Stilo Red.
How can I repair this and what color code is the shoe?

I repaired a similar scuff on some Lakes by painting .....they were white so colour matching is wasn’t a problem.

The white that you see on the shoe isn't leather, the leather on that part is gone. I thougt I must fill it with something.

Gaerne shoes do not use leather anyway, but a kind of synthetic microfiber. As others said, you can paint it, just be careful to find a matching red.

Why don't you ask Gaerne about the code? Usually FB messenger works better than email.
