What QC issues came up with the bars? Agree a combo would look nicer and potentially stiffer and lighter.

I always like to see companies produce these amazing products. Wonder what the stack height is? Seems about the same as the MCFK. I still prefer the look of my ax rigid. The smaller stack and smaller hardware make it a little more polished and not so bulky.

350 € it seems: https://bikerumor.com/2019/06/03/darimo ... road-bike/
To me, it's one of the ugliest looking stems as a whole. :hmm:

I applaud the design for considering weight and function over fashion!!

Where have the true weight weenies gone?

According to the bikerumor article the 130mm is already available and that's just what I need, but I don't see a purchase link on their site nor see it listed on R2 Bikes.

Gives me time to consider whether I need to spend €350 to lose 45g though I guess. It's one of the last few places I can make decent weight savings on my light bike

Really nice stem, felt it last Friday at Sea Otter Europe :) Seemed like a smart design too.

You don´t stop riding when you get old, you get old when you stop riding.

hello cyberfriens, Darimo will offer a combo, stem and handlebars without cost, and also, who already has a handlebar of yours can also access a combo without cost.

How much does a barstem combo save compared to Darimo road stem? BTW, did you ask Damià about seatpost combo?

I know that at the moment he is doing fatigue tests in mtb and road combos.
The seatpost / sillin combo can do it on request.

I was about to confirm an order of the stem and they asked me if I wanted the bars and I am really tempted, and now this news complicate things real bad. I need a pic of the possible combo!
