Hello, I have mounted the bottle cages Carbonworks and the bottle touch the frame of Supersix Evo Hi mod lightly before the nose of the bottle. Any ideas to correct this?

Change cage for one with holes that brings the cage higher up or use bottles that taper a bit more at the bottom.

I had same issue with Canyon Ultimate. Wrote an email to Carbonworks, they replied that a bottle cage with shorter nose was in development. It is already half a year..

I think I will go to a man that works with carbon, he repaired a hole of my old Ax Lightness Endurance. Put a bit of carbon above the nose to shorten the nose

Would either glue a small piece of rubber to place the bottle slightly up or put few layers of shrinkable tubes to achieve the same result.
You never know what new bottle you may have to put there on my SS I put a small frame protection there just in case

Thanks a lot, C36, is that kind of tube of my pic I guess, which glue do you use to fix the shrinkable tubes?

Yes! You have different thickness and different ratios (initial diameter/ retracted diameter). Here “any” could work

What year Supersix and what size?

I have no issues with the carbonworks cages and loads of different bottles on 2 different supersix and CAAD12 frame (size 54).

Hi guys,
I am working on a cage with a shorter distance to the nose of the cage.
So this will solve the problem with small frames soon.
