Has anyone used these? just wondering if they are very difficult to clip out of. I've used 16Nm before on my road bike and am questioning whether 20Nm would be too much tension.

You'll forget about it after a short while and soon it'll be equally easy to disengage.

I am using those and i wish they made an even higher tension blade. It takes you 1 or 2 rides to become familiar with the tension and then you wish for more :D

I just bought a set of Keo Blade Carbon CR, I am wondering what is the difference between these & Look Keo Blade Carbon? Whilst shopping around I found the former for 88 dolars on Merlin and the latter on a few other sites for between 144 & well over 200 dollars. The descriptions say both bodies are made from carbon, so I am happy with my purchase but slightly confused about where the Keo Blade Carbon CR stand in the range. Thanks any help would be very much appreicated.

The spindle is Cromoly on the CR's. Not carbon. The body is still carbon.

There are 3 different types of Keo Blade currently:
1. Keo Blade Carbon - chromoly spindle
2. Keo Blade Carbon Ti - titanium spindle
3. Keo Blade Carbon Ceramic - chromoly spindle, ceramic bearing

I am not sure what the "CR" of Keo Blade Carbon CR means. It typically means chromoly.

There is no carbon spindle throughout the Keo Blade family.

You worded it better than I did. I was stating that the CR didn't stand for carbon.
