Here my ti bikes
My favorite is the Litespeed it’s a race bike. The Lynskey is my spare. Not as racy as the Litespeed since it’s head tube is huge and it’s heavier.
Both 54s or M. I’m 5’11” and they fit perfect.

Those two bikes look great. Awesome how you can literally reinvent them every few years with a new group, wheels etc.
Moots Vamoots RSL (2019)-Super Record 12
Cervelo S1 (2010)-Super Record 12
Kestrel RT700 (2008)-Dura Ace 9000
Mosaic GT-1 (2020)-SRAM Red viewtopic.php?f=10&t=174523

Both of those are a beaut! How much does the helix frame weigh?charlieboy52000 wrote:Here my ti bikes

If you have the money then I would go with a moots frame, everyone I have meet who bought one loves them to death. Overall I would say that moots and nevi seem to be the best ti builders, I have heard good things about lynskey too but not on the same level as moots or nevi. Another bike I really love the looks of but havent heard much about is the van nic astraeus, probably one of the nicest looking ti frames out there IMO, I'd be interested to hear if anyone on here has ridden one or has heard much about the quality of them. They are just so damn beautiful!
I wouldn't call Nevi "best" ti builder; good yes, down to earth, yes, simple, yes.
I personally have a Passoni and worked first hand on a few, and compared to Nevi it's really a posh brand.

I always find it strange the seeming lack of exposure Levacon has internationally as possibly the premier titanium frame builder in France.
Their name never comes up in these conversations whenever the likes of Moots are mentioned. but the frames are stunning.

In my opinion, 3 reasons : market positioning (national at best, regional mostly), production volume & delivery delay (12 to 18 months), personality of the owner / builderTychom wrote: ↑Thu May 23, 2019 10:07 amI always find it strange the seeming lack of exposure Levacon has internationally as possibly the premier titanium frame builder in France.

Very nice and high end frames for sure ...
Never heard of them before but they look pretty damn nice, those are definitley some of the prettiest looking bikes ive seen. I was just throwing moots and nevi out there cause they seem to be super long lasting and reliable frames from good companies. I know nevi welds in a vaccum chamber but after checking out passoni's webpage it looks like they do too.

One thing to keep in mind is Ti is just a material. By itself it does not make a good frame. Geometry, straight gauge or butted tubing, quality of construction, and finish are all huge considerations. Then consider all of the components that will combine to get the finished product. Find a builder you like, ask heaps of questions, and go for it! Life is to short to ignore you dreams.

I live in Colorado and every Ti bike I see here is a Moots. In fact I'm willing to bet there's a higher ratio of Ti bikes here vs. carbon beause of Moots. I don't own a Moots because I want to be different and not ride the same bikes everyone here is riding
Woo please so share the bike porn..brusselsprouts wrote:Mine is arriving next week. Can't wait
