First question.. it did not come with the bottom bearing «holder» and the old one is stucked on the fork.. i guess i need to put it on the enve fork , but how do i get it loose without braking something ?!

I got it off after some you tube suggestions..
And i now know its called a crown ring!
The base of the enve tube is from 30.0mm to 30.3 mm
And the crown ring is 29,5 to 29,6 mm.
Do i force it on ? Grind down the crown ring abit? Will it be even enough all around then ?
