S-works power cranks calibration issue

Hey people,

Has anyone her had the old left side power meter crank fail to calibrate on the sworks dual sided cranks?

i have tried every trick i can think of anyone else got issues? right side will calibrate left side reading super high 1200- off scale?

is there any firmware updates for these?

Using the 4iiii app I was able to update the firmware of my Sworks power meters. This didn’t help the issue and my left crank Wouldn’t zero Cal.

Specialized is expressing a left crank arm to me under warranty should get it today.
