I have a 2015 SR EPS (V2) Setup on my bike, when I am shifitng from the big ring at the front down the chain sometimes* does not shift far enough over and sticks between the cainrings.

*If I am in the top 4/5 cogs at the back its is fine but in the lower half of the cassette is when the problem arise.

It is manegablke but never used to be like this. I have set the limits on the front mech and they are as recommended 0.5mm.

Any suggestions how to get it to shift further?

OH DEAR!!! Had a thought when cycling home on a different bike (same crankset)....

During the winter I had swapped chainrings around...and YES....I had fitted the smaller one the wrong way round, which set it out circa 1mm :-o

Swapped it back correct orientation and now shifts perfects in any combo!!

I saw that you fixed it, but here is the common problem.

Check these two things first.

Check that the derailleur is 2mm above the chainring.

Check that the outside edge of the cage is parallel to the chainring. Has to be perfect.

Then reset again.
