I know Specialized uses Praxis cranks and chainrings on many of their bikes. Does anyone know if the S-Works crank arms are manufactured by them too?

Most likely not. I think Spesh cranks used to be Lightning cranks, not sure if they bought the company or licensed the design.

Spesh just recently started using Praxis parts, but they've had their own cranks for a long time.

They licensed from Lightning but Lightning never manufactured for Spesh

No. Contractual obligations limit me from elaborating.
