PUNISHER: Force BB30 would fit pretty easily as BB30a is just 5mm wider on the left side so take off the spacer and preload adjustment, mount a wavy washer and probably some shims to make it perfect

7.4kg size 48 Cannondale SS Evo non-hi-mod. Somehow, size 48 is the lightest size. Size 44 weight more.
Currently setting the position a bit more relax than my Allez Sprint (5mm higher bar, 10mm shorter stem). I want to enjoy its comfort at this point.
-Built mostly with Ultegra di2 (except rotors which are Dura-ace, FD which is old gen Dura-ace, and cassette which is Sram 11-26).
-Carbon seatpost, Pro Aerofuel saddle (not light)
-Specialized Aerofly II bar (250g) and Bontrager Blendr Pro stem (heavy 150g stem)
-Sprint shifters (SW-R9150) installed in bar drop.
-Rotor Aldhu + Power2max NGeco + Ultegra chainrings. This is a heavy crankset. Around 300g can be saved here by switching to Sram Red BB30 (with integrated spider).
-Dura-ace pedals (this is actually where the power meter should be, Favero Assioma Duo weight only 60g more for the pair).
-ESI silicone bar tape, again this is dense, thick and heavy bar tape. About 100g can be saved switching to thinner tape.
-Light-bicycle 56mm deep 30mm wide clincher + Latex tube + Continental GP5000 25c front and 28c rear.
-weight include bottle cages, computer mount and camera/light mount.
Based on my build I think if anyone want to dip below 6.8kg you can do so by...
-switch crank (save 300g)
-Dura-ace instead of ultegra (save ??grams)
-Integrated bar stem (save ~70g ?)
-frame to Hi-mod version (save 160g)
-switch bar tape (save 100g)
-lighter wheelset and tires.
-lighter saddle and pedals?

For a small build this looks proper. I think you've been looking for a new bike correct?
How heavy is that crank combo? Looks heavy tbh. Some DA crank+Stages will cut a ton of weight. The wheelset also looks heavy, but it fits the build so well.
Yes, I switch over from Allez Sprint to experiment with different geometry (whopping 19mm longer front center wheelbase, 5mm lower bb, 2mm shorter chainstay, trail value change from 62mm to 58mm). So far, I like the change. It is more stable (thanks to lower bb and longer wheelbase), yet easier to turn (thanks to lower trail value).
My Rotor crank weight 756g plus 18g of required spacers to install on Pf30a bottom bracket.
At 774g this is 280g heavier than Sram Red BB30 + Praxis rings I had in the past. Of course, it's not a fair comparison because it doesn't have power meter in it. A comparison to "Incolor Sky Pivot" + Sigeyi AXO power meter from "A super light carbon crankset from China" which might weight around 520g with Ultegra rings would be a fairer comparison.

Stripped down and starting the rebuild process.
Looking for some advice for wheel choice. What depth of wheel will go best? 45,50,55?
Started looking into 'Light bicycle' wheels but unsure what to go for with 28mm tyres.
50mm 25 internal 32wide
55mm 18 internal 25 wide
56mm 23 internal 32wide
Or
DT swiss dicut ARC 48mm (disc)
Any info or advice would be great.

The 56mm are 30mm wide, unless they have changed the design. I believe the 56mm wheels test best as per Hambini -- but likely not with 28mm tyres. With the wide internal diameter, 28mm tires will likely balloon well above the width that would work best with the 30mm external width. Do you by any change have some pictures of the final setup with the raceware mount? I'm thinking of buying one, but on the raceware photo's it seems that the Garmin is not flush with the handlebar, but 20mm or so below.
