Will check and take picture when the frame is back with me. Should be Thursday or Friday

Amazing paint job! I've always been impressed by Ali at FatCreations.

A little project update. Repaint done.....amazing work by FatCreations in the UK

General Outline of Build:
9150 Di2
Cannondale SRM Spider Crankset
Enve Aero Stem
Enve Aero Bar
Hunt 48Limitless Wheels
Victoria Corsa Control 28mm tires

BB still do be decided. And wheels will be replaced by DTSwiss 25th Anniversary Wheels in January when they arrive and are 300grs lighter.

All parts are being moved from another frame.

Do you happen to know how much the new paint job added to the weight of the frame?

I'm considering using fatcreations myself seeing these pictures :D

The frame was without fork es 870gr with two small pieces of card board and some clear protector wrapping g. So probably around 850gr.

Will weigh frame and fork when I get it back.

That is a very nice paint job, but the thead would be much easier to read if the pics weren't quoted repeatedly. :)

So based on the weights everyone keeps posting, I'm really starting to think I have some type of error in my spreadsheet. Maybe my weight calculations for the stock 105 are off somehow.

I really need to do more research on these SiSL/SiSL2 cranksets everyone keeps talking about. I've no idea where to get them. I wish Cannondale would list information on their site about their parts :)
I'm doing almost exactly the same build as you, just different cockpit, wheels, and cranks, and think you're pretty close to the mark with your calcls. Don't forget you've included some 300g pedals in there as well.

I"m aiming for mid 7kg range with 50g lighter wheels (LB 56mm) running tubeless (another 200g saved). I've got a few other slightly lighter bits but heavier cranks and have calculated much the same as you. Given how heavy the base bike is, I'm struggling to see how it gets to low 7's; if it does I'll be very happy but I'll wait till it gets on the scales
Pretty sure my Crankset problems are solved! :)

For $325, I can get a BB30/BB30A crankset 172.5mm 50/34 that weighs around 535g. And I don't have to replace the stock BB, thereby saving $55. Someone had recommended this path to me earlier on in the thread, not sure why it took me so long to come back around to it.

I know the pedals are heavier than others but they are the cheapest/easiest way to add power. It doesn't add much weight (less than 100g) compared to the lightest crank based systems like 4iii/stages AND it gives me the freedom to run SRAM Red cranks. Plus, pedal based power can easily be moved to other bikes. So I think it's a win-win-win. Always happy to consider other options though.

According to my calculatins, you don't really save much weight running tubeless. No tubes saves you about 200g but the tires themselves are heavier than standard tires and you have to add sealant. Am I missing something? What tires are you planing to use?

Red BB30 cranks is a good option for the price, not as nice as a Hollowgram SISL2 with SpideRing SL but only a tad heavier for about half the price.

Tubeless VS tubed weight saving depends a lot of the tires you choose and the tubes you use. There are tubeless tires that weigh about the same as tubed Vittoria Corsas for exemple (Schwalbe Pro Ones, Mavic UST, some Hutchinsons, the new Michelin Power Road TR that will be available early 2020 are all close or lighter), a few millilitres of sealant is then lighter than tubes. If you are coming from a light tubed tire though, weight can end up in a smiliar range, probably lighter if you use heavy 100gr tubes... Some tubeless options even add weight (Conti 5000TL, Corsa 2.0 TL are about 300gr per tire before you add sealant).

Personally I'm using Mavic UST tires that are 250/260gr each, plus sealant, it's a bit lighter than my previous tubed setup (Conto GP4000-GP5000 with mid-weight, ±80gr tubes, super light tubes are too fragile IMO) but not noticably so. There are better reasons than weight to go tubeless. If you puncture often and/or like the feel of lower pressure, tubeless is a no brainer.

Attached are some pics of my S6 Evo 105 Disc. I changed nearly everything apart from the groupset and the seatpost. The group will be changed to Shimano Ultegra Di2 in spring. Then the cables in the front will vanish too. I'm thinking about changing the chainrings to comletely black ones as well. Of course, the bar ribbon is missing. This will be attached when I have found the optimal position of the STIs. I always use Lizard Skins DSP 1.8 bar tape.

The weight of my bike is at 7,9kg as you can see it since the wheelset is quite heavy with about 1690gr.

NOT THAT ONE. That is not Exogram i talk about. It is actually the bb386 varient with removable spider. And it weight much much more than true BB30 version with integrated spider.
GO hunt for 2nd hand 'sram red bb30' with integrated spider (ebay, maybe?).
Look at this listing below, the light weight sram red bb30 has seamless integration from crank to spider. No visible joint.

I'm using the same setup, namely 25mm Mavic Yksion Pro UST (made in France by Hutchinson) and they are probably the best tyres I've ever used, all factors considered. Fast, grippy, light, robust (obviously not for urban use, they're race tyres), and with good mileage. Used to run 110psi with 25mm tube tyres, now I run the USTs at 80psi max and grip and comfort is so much better without them feeling anything like soft or wobbly. On my Cosmic Carbon Pro rims (19C) they stretch to about 27,7cm, if I remember correctly.

Here is my SSevo set up for now. I just put on some GP4000II's which are my go to tires and about 30g less than the stock. I will give this setup a week or two before I cut the steerer but it feels pretty good. The reach may still be a little short but we will see. Yesterday it weighed 8.25kg and I changed to lighter tires but now it is weighing 8.35kg. Maybe I didn't have the computer mount on yesterday and the spacers above the stem weigh morethan the stock below the stem spacers. download/file.php?mode=view&id=77583&si ... be54e91b94

You're Right. Thanks for correcting me. I think these are all the correct ones. Can you confirm?

Painted or raw frame before painting it?

I saw it in fatcreation Instagram, really nice

Yes, those are the lightest version you can buy new. Don't forget to remove preload adjustment ring on left side and replace it with wavy washer before install on PF30a bottom bracket. The crank officially only fit bb30 and pf30. Not pf30a or bb30a. It just that preload adjuster on the left can be removed and replace with a much thinner wavy washer then it'll fit.

But 2nd hand is still recommended. Especially with old graphic. Because at some point, Sram made a revision and reinforce the crank to be stronger and weight more. So old graphic old stock can weight a bit less if you can get one.
