I'm in the process of building up my SuperSix, how much clearance should I expect between the cassette and the frame? I have a Shimano HG800 11-34t on Zipp 302. I'm only seeing about 2.5mm compared with close to 7mm on my wife's Synapse with a 105 cassette.

Im about 2-2.5mm too with 11-32 ultegra on stock hollowgram wheels.

Never rubbed for the season, only rubbed a little bit on the trainer,i put a small washer and no more rubbing.

Thanks, my cassette requires a 1.85mm spacer, I was wondering if a smaller spacer and extra torque on the lockring would give me a bit more clearance or the lockring would likely bottom out leading to play in the cassette?

How thick was the washer you used?

The stock Cannondale one? Mine weighs 12.9gr in total, works fine.

I use an Ultrastar expander (4 I think) which works fine and shaved a bit off but not huge savings... it was also a bloody tight fit into the fork

Hi guys, first time posting on here but been browsing for a few months.

Finished building my supersix up around a week ago, only managed riding it outside for about half an hour so far but it feels amazing, i'm proper happy with it.

Spec as follows:

Supersix Evo 2020 Hi-Mod 56cm
Roval Rapide CLX wheels
Veloflex Corsa Evo TLR 25mm
Ultegra Di2 groupset inc pedals - 11-28 cassette
Rotor NoQ chainrings 36/52
Quarq Dzero powermeter
Shimano XTR 140mm rotors front and rear
Enve aero stem and bars - 120mm stem, 44cm bars (39cm at hoods)
Enve bottle cages
Berk padded Lupina saddle
C Bear bottom bracket
Sigeyi direct mount hanger

Enve computer mount scheduled to be delivered tomorrow which will complete things but as pictured, my bathroom scales are saying around the 7.1kg mark. Plans are to enjoy it when the weather starts playing ball and hopefully get rid of that last spacer under the stem

I have a saved search on eBay and a 2nd hand one just popped up / looks like it has global shipping - just checked the seller and it is CSG, the UK distributor (ie cannondale)

Apologies if this has been answered in the last few post but will Cannondale extend the warranty for non first owners if the chains do damage the stays? Secondly does anyone have pictures of the underneath portion if using the Metreon 5D integrated bars/stem combo?
