I'm sure that these are just mock ups but some interesting things to note.

Looks like its some sort of AXS with a flat top chain yet it has a spidering - will Cannondale update these to run 12 speed chains? I know it can work with the older 11 speed rings but an update would be nice.

Stem looks interesting, alloy but with integrated cabling. Once again could just be a mock up but would love to see a lighter version of the current Cannondale bar / stem combo.

There is not enough room for TRP HY-ROAD to install at rear brake.

Juintech F1 and juintech GT-F might fit. It's a lot smaller than Hyrd.

Don't use Juintech brake on Supersix or Systemsix, it feels terrible.

That is my personal experience.

is that Juintech in general or because of something specific about the supersix/systemsix combo ?

The GT-F is great. Either you haven't used it, or it was horribly badly set up if it felt 'terrible'.

There was only one version of the 109mm spindle originally, they later added a second version. The original and the lighter one has holes drilled out between the splines at each ends, the other version doesn't have those holes, but the material is the same, wall thickness in the middle is the same as far as I can tell so the weight difference is probably marginal, maybe not even a factor once you install it as these holes usually get filled with grease.

I'm not sure if they have two models now or if the non-drilled version replaced the drilled one.

The ones with holes typically weigh around 63-64 grams. I have one of the other version but can't find it, I must have installed it somewhere and wont start removing cranksets just to check the weight, sorry.
