Stay away from Supacaz bottle cages. My Supacaz Supalite cages are hands down the worst cages I've ever owned. They cant hold down bottles from Elite, Camelbak, and Tacx. Apparently the company is aware of this and suggest buying their bottles AFTER the purchase. Supacaz can Supasuck it!

I'm partial to the Tacx cages now. Cheap, light, and come in a million colors. They work well with my Camelback bottles.

Speaking of Camelbak. The new 3.0 podiums are VERY prone to shaking out of cages and being ejected on rough pavent/gravel.

The choice of the colour of the bottle cages has also to be done with the choice of the colour of the bottles IMHO.

And here black cages means black bottles or dark grey at least.

It seems to me your choice of bottle color if far more important than the cage color.
