Besides, more working bicycles means more transport options and less need for gas/diesel. Food is a bit trickier I suppose.....

You can use the same old bleed kits as you been using on 9170/8070 etc. Shimanos TL-BR001, TL-BR002, Parktools, and probably a million other 3rdparty amazon alternatives.
Only differance is the caliper bleed "nipple" is separate from bleed "open/close" screw, just like they've had on some shimano post mount caliper in the past.

(Don't understand where the idea of needing a special bleed kit came from?)

There is some stock for batteries/ cables / chains on Bike24 but the key parts (derailleurs / shifters / brakes) are missing everywhere...
Some shops say October 31, some say 6 weeks, I wonder how reliable these information can be

Does anyone knows if there is comming a cassette that starts with a 14 cog? (Like previous ultegra 14-28)

I just checked the prices for new DA, absurd!
They seem to run more expensive than Campagnolo?
