I have a Problem with Easton EC90 50/34 Crank and 9200 Di2 Dura Ace front derrailleur.
Shifting is fine but when i shift up to 50T the Di2 front derrailleur gets automaticly a bit down so the outside gets light in contact with the chain at the highest gears.
Does someone has a solution for this? Or is this a general problem with the chainline of the EC90.
Have you adjusted the FD using the guided process in the e-tube app?

Yes but front plate still is touching light the chain at the highest gears. I think this is also a problem with the chainline from easton, with the Shimano crank all is fine.
Don't quote me on this but i thought i saw a Rides of Japan video (may be it was his instagram story) where he added an adapter to his braze-on front derailleur mount, allowing the FD to be mounted just a bit outward. So in theory, that should prevent the chain from rubbing against the FD cage in your case when you're in the big ring and smallest cog.

Can't you just use some spacers on the cranks to adjust the chainline to where it needs to be?

You mean adding spacer on the NDS so that the chainring on the DS does not stick out as far?

May not be possible, but yeah. I guess if the DS is as close to the BB as it can get a spacer won't do anything.

if you switch from dura-ace bsa cups (2x 11.25 mm) to xtr bsa cups (2x 10.25mm) you can adjust chainline by ±1mm
(with 1x 2.0mm bsa spacer on one side + 1x 2.0mm pedal axle spacer on other side to make q-factor symmetrical)

How many of you have installed SRM PM9 power cranks with the 9200 groupset? Have you had any issues with the chainline and getting the FD into proper adjustment without any cage rubbing?

I run the original SRM Origin with 9100 chainrings with 9200 on a MY19 S-Works Venge - no issues

sorry TL DR, has anyone tried 12 speed chainset on a 11 speed drive train yet? any problem on paper (and in practice)? i have been using 12 spd campy chainset in 11spd campy drivetrain no problem, but my wife's bike can do with a chainset upgrade.

finding a 160mm chainset for shimano 11spd has been a painful journey, but i can start to see R7100 160mm becoming in stock, so i would appreciate if someone can confirm i can just ge tthe 12 spd chainset. many thanks.
Some say pour 10ml water out of your bottle to save that last bit of the weight. Sorry, i go one step further, i tend to the rider off my bikes.
n+1...14 last time i checked, but i lost count

Excellent. I'm going to be installing SRM on my Aethos. Should arrive in a few weeks.

Mine seems perfect, 52/36 9200 chainrings.
Tried a 9000 series 38 ring as I don't like the 36, shifting wasn't great and seems the spacing between rings is slightly larger.

Has anyone come across issues with installing a R8100/R9200 cassette on a HG freehub? I've come across two hubs the second last cog won't install.

Looks to be an issue with 3rd party HG hubs in combination with the two smaller cogs (that interlock) now having a tighter install tolerance.

8100 cassette onto a Giant SLR1 wheel and HG freehub = was able to fit but was very tight especailly as you say the second last cog. It would definitly need prising off with something like a large flat blade screwdriver to remove it.
I don't think to sharp edges of the 12sp cassette cog splines help with easy fitting. On older cassettes these splines are noticibly more rounded/chamfered to aid fitting.

Oh.... I have a set of those from a 2019 TCR sitting in the garage. 2nd smallest 8100 cog slides right on. You're right about the new cogs being sharper. They definitely have less play in them when they're on a hub.

Anyone know where I can find DA 9270 (9200) replacement parts? I scratched my left lever name plate and right shifter and was hoping I could at least find the name plate online.

There are tons of places carrying the 9100 lever name plate but I can't find the current model e.g. https://www.ascentcycle.ca/product/shim ... 9513-1.htm

Where are you based? Your LBS can order small parts from Shimano, at least in the US.
