It's crazy. Thankfully I had notifications set up for all major websites as soon as RD and FD were in stock. I'm glad I have order confirmations for both FD and RD now. Bike24 had a bit more than 10 FDs in stock on Tuesday but not longer than for a couple of hours, then all were gone. Same story with the RDs at R2 , stock didn't even last 2 hours. You need to be quick nowadays.

wondering if the new 50/34 cranksets will work with 11speed groupset, just out of curiosity..

Should work. the 12s chain is fine with 11s cassette and the FD probably won't be a problem after adjusting (or even without it).

Will or are there chainrings that will fit the chainset at the moment?

I'm slowly starting to look for a 42T 1x12 chainring for the new DA/ULTEGRA (for hill climbing purposes). Is there anything available out there yet? Preferably an oval.

Stone chainrings from aliexpress are very good, they run pretty smooth.

They only list R9100/R8000 CX/Gravel rings in their catalogue. No mention of Shimano 12-SPD compatibility on them.

I think they're asking for rings that mount on R9200 cranks

I'm trying to figure out the necessary wire lenghts to order. Specialized provides diagrams for the Venge but that was for R9100 and just one guideline for all sizes.

My plan is to just measure the lenths from exit-to-exit, but then how much length should I add on each of these ends? I don't want unnecessary excess flopping around inside the frame.
- FD exit to FD plug
- RD exit to RD plug
- Seat tube for seatpost mounted batteries
