Anyone know where I can find DA 9270 (9200) replacement parts? I scratched my left lever name plate and right shifter and was hoping I could at least find the name plate online.

There are tons of places carrying the 9100 lever name plate but I can't find the current model e.g. https://www.ascentcycle.ca/product/shim ... 9513-1.htm
Where are you based? Your LBS can order small parts from Shimano, at least in the US.
In Toronto...I'll check with my LBS. Thanks.

So far, 9200 groupset has worked very well for me the one small issue I do have, however, is that I get sort of a pulsing sound from the front caliper when braking. Sort of a machine gun frequency but very soft. I bedded the brakes before use. I don't see anything irregular on the rotor surface and the rotors don't have any runout.

Try the fork preload. And check the lock ring on the rotor.

Hello, don't know this post is the propper place to ask, but anyone knows if 11speed Shimanos Di2 are discontinued?
I need Ultegra Di2 R8050 rear deraileur, but seems like major EU based online shops don't have any stock.
I'm also warried about the spares of 11speed Di2s in case of any damage of some part that will end with the entire groupset unusable.

No, Shimano is still producing 11-speed components. And it's very likely they will continue to support it for many years to come. There are a lot of bikes out there with 11-speed groups.

For what it's worth, I have a similar noise from my front, but just chalked it up to disc brake noises on the specific rotors and resin pads. Additionally, I can get it from the rear. It is much softer from the rear but if I drag it or use the rear hard enough, I'll be able to hear it. Everything is tight, everything stops fine.

possible solution to the "noises" of the RD cage......place a pulley with more teeth down, I suggested it in a spanish forum, a colleague placed a 13-tooth XTR 9100, no noise in the 2 hours that he has tested making all kinds of changes with the gear ratio

note; The XTR pulley is somewhat wider and you have to use its screw (it must be the same one that the 11 gears have

It will be more economical to get the updated outer plate as a warranty replacement from Shimano. The first LBS i contacted wasn't up to the task. I got in touch with a second LBS and they verified and submitted the warranty claim for me. I think i will be able to get the replacement RD outer plate within a week or two.

But the problem with any cassettes still remains...

I understand this as a temporary solution for people that won't be 2-3 weeks without bike and find that noise very annoying.

By the way, I guess XT8100, SLX7100 or even Deore 6100 pulleys will work too

Not all the cassettes are noisy.

I have a 11-30 that works flawlessly.

I discovered after lubing the chain - i use Silca super secret chain lube - the chain does not make contact with RD chain guard until about 80 miles in. After about 80 miles, i can consistently get the chain to strike the chain guard when in the big ring and the four or five largest cogs. I can't get the chain to hit the chain guard now when in the small ring, unlike before i applied the lube. Not being able to reproduce the noise until after a couple of rides was kind of annoying because Shimano required the second LBS to witness the issue and to document it with photos/videos before submitting the warranty claim.

Yeah, I don't think it's a serious issue. Just kinda of an annoying noise to hear in an otherwise noise-free system.
