All black bikes... how to brighten them up?

I am about done with my Colnago C64 build (black frame) and am facing a bit of a dilemma. I have a black saddle and the whole bike is now completely black. My first thought was to install black handlebar tape. But I see so many black bikes out there that this is starting to look a bit boring. Even though it will be a very classy black bike :-).
So I was wondering whether I should brighten it up with bright (even pink!) handlebar tape, or even get some tires with gumwalls, even though I have the 5000 TLs arriving on Monday and really want to go tubeless.
What do people think? Is it ok to have bright handlebar tape even though you have a black saddle?
(PS. I will post a picture of the bike soon!)

Gumwall tires. Gold chain. Gold cassette.

I don't see anything wrong with bright bartape on an overall black bike. Better to have a black saddle and pink bartape than a pink saddle that doesn't quite match your pink bartape. Black goes with everything.

On my black evo my approach was to have a few of the metal bits coloured. So on my evo I have top cap, seatclamp bolt, seatpost yokes, crankbolt (but not chainring bolts) jockey bolts, waterbottle cage bolts chain and skewer washers all gold. I think it lends enough colour without going over the top. It makes it easy to change the look of the bike in the future too.

Nothing looks better on an all black bike than a set of gumwalls in my humble (and biased) opinion :D

Pretty much above..
Love the pop of my turbo cottons.. Also some holographic decals helps.. You could get some custom colnago decals done to help it pop.

I like supercaz tape.. Some subtle colour or bright ones if that's your taste.

Current tape is the red galaxy.. Had the silver previously. I'm looking to get some more red into the miz over the next few months.. Chain, jockey wheel and even cages at some point. Image

Funny that you mention that - I initially installed a compact crank on my TM and ended up swapping the chain rings to 52/36. I was spinning out on decents with the compact rings.

Thanks all for these great suggestions. I have to say that those turbo cottons look amazing. I may have to change my tubeless plans and just get those. Especially after reading a bunch of the reviews on them, they seem like great tires. And it may be all that is needed on the black C64!
Unfortunately I think I am a bit constrained with gold bling because I am building the bike out with ETap AXS so most bits will probably be standard.

So I went with the gum walls. Here it is (for now). I am planning on putting some Italian flag colored finishing tape on the handlebars...
