Hey,

Found a decent deal for a scott foil 10 disc, but curious what BB compatability i'd have to put a powermeter/cranks on. It's a Shimano SM-BB71-41B - does this mean I'd have to replace it for a BB86 to fit a spider powermeter?

No, because (as said above) it is already BB86, but really you're asking the wrong question because BB86 refers to the frame standard, not the crank type. If the powermeter you're looking at uses a Shimano style straight 24mm axle it'll go straight in. However, if the type of powermeter you want to fit is different (for instance Quarq GXP or 30mm) you would need to change the BB to fit the spindle.
