My bike came stock with DA hydrolic disc's 160/140.l centerp9ck rotors. Is it possible to change the rear to 160mm also? Is it simply a "unscrew the 140, screw in the 160?"

Also vice versa, if one wanted to change the front 160 and buy a lightweight 140 or an OEM DA 140 rotor, would it fit?

You would need to add an adapter / mount to change from 140 to 160, front or back. If it already has an adapter, sometimes you can just flip it to accommodate the larger / smaller rotor.

Most likely, you have an adapter on the front already. It’d be set to 160, so you could flip it to the 140 setting. The rear likely does not have an adapter, so you’ll have to buy one to use 160 in the rear.

I’d keep the 160 on the front if I were going to use a 160 and 140 combo. My bike came with 140s front and rear. I changed both to 160.

Edit: To be clear, with flat mount brakes, typically, the front always uses an adapter. The front adapter has a 140 position and a 160 position. Depending on which you want, you orient the adapter accordingly. On the rear—again typically—there is no adapter necessary for 140. For 160, you have to use an adapter. The front and rear adapters are obviously not the same.
