Email Hambini to have him reserve one for you that is suitable for your use-case.

> thirdly, there are much cheaper converters on the market.

And they are all pretty much inappropriate for the task in hand. Hambini's stuff are worth it. I sometimes wished I had a terribly manufactured frame so I could justify one of his one piece BBs.
What the actual different with this C-BEAR? (costs half as much on ceramic bearings) https://www.bike-components.de/en/C-BEA ... mm-p72405/

Without going down the rabbit's hole

1. Hambini's One Piece BB Shell is actually different and IMO it's better than C-BEAR's arrangement.(Hambini's sleeve goes right through till the end instead of offset nearer to the center)
2. Better Tolerance
3. Better Bearings

All three points can be argued but most importantly Hambini's solution is much more specific/specialized towards individual cases and they can be made to better fit your frame, especially if the existing tolerance is incredibly bad.

Just shoot him and email, I'm sure he's happy to oblige.

In defence of C-Bear, I've still got the original BB I installed on my S5. It's done IRO 20k km and I've serviced it twice out of boredom, not necessity.
It's better now than when it was new.

I now have them as a supplier due to favouring their bearings over any brand on the market.

A great company, easy to work with and go the extra mile to help their customers.

I've now fitted probably 50+ C-Bear BB's and not had a single issue with one. These are predominantly fitted to serious riders bikes, so get fully abused day in, day out.

Their full ceramic pulley wheels and wheel bearings are also exceptional.

I agree Hambini offers the best BB, I'm curious whether you've actually had him fit a BB for a problematic bike. In his videos he mentions it's an additional expense for him to machine a custom BB as well as the cost of shipping your frame for him to measure asymmetry in order to do so.

If I had a bike I intended to keep forever, I'd go with a Hambini BB. For my alloy bike I'm beating up and don't intend on keeping for very long, I may look for a more affordable solution. Personally, I'd go with a CBear or even Wheels MFG and then get SKS or NTN bearings if you'd like.

Did they launch new colors for the Caad13?

Just got my CAAD13 this week!
Very happy so far, but it does feel heavy so naturally looking to upgrade a few things.

Stem: Zipp Service Course SL (unsure about the length)
Handlebars: Zipp Service Course SL-70 or ZIPP Service Course SL-70 XPLR (But a bit unsure if such flare is nice on a road bike)
Wheels:
The stock wheels feel super heavy. Wondering if a Fulcrum Racing 5 DB or Racing 4 DB would feel like a true upgrade. Anyone have any input on that?

Is this a standard 2021 colour scheme?
