Complete groupset stipulation means no SystemSix, because not having a Hollowgram on a Cannondale is weird and wrong.

$10,000 is not unlimited budget. Pretty sure none of these bike are under 12000. Especially if you change the OEM wheels.

I get a military discount at one LBS and a "just because" discount(s)at another. I never pay list for anything and wait for sales.

One shop in town is tax free, for one day, every November.

That kind of defeat the purpose of the thread. The point is that $10000 is not enough anymore to buy the top of the line of pretty much any bike brand. For 10k, you get the Ultegra Di2 Disc.

My 2019 Madone SLR with Dura Ace di2 9150, Bontrager XXX-6, Madone cockpit, Bontrager XXX saddle, and Speedplay Zero Titanium pedals cost me less than $10K to build. Let face it, these are not Picasso or Rembrandt paintings. These are mass produced products made in countries where labor is cheap and mark ups high. Its not difficult to shop smart and get a better deal.
Bianchi Oltre XR4, De Rosa SK Pininfarina, Trek Madone SLR, Giant TCR Advanced SL, Cervelo R5 Disk, Giant Revolt

Just did a build that barely went over 10k. it required compromises. feels like it was only a few years ago where 10k meant sky's the limit
Colnago C-59 (Dura Ace)
Firefly(Ultegra)
Colnago C-64 disc(ultegra) with Bora 35 wheels
