As mentioned, race bike.

Of course you can keep your current stable.

If you want to spend $10k next year you can get rid of it but I would anticipate riding / racing for at least 3-4 years.

Use it or lose it -- no you don't keep any money.

If it has to be aero (I don't like aero bikes) it would be either Oltre XR 4 or a Look 795 Blade. I have no clue about the look, but with the Bianchi I would have approximately 6000 USD left to spend on a groupset, wheels, seat, seatpost, handlebar and stem.

Works for me.. with the crappy excahnage rate, I can take your 10K US, turn it into almost 13K canadian and buy a brand new Venge from my local shop...

Cervelo S3 Rim Frameset (include seatpost, stem handlebar) 2019: $4200
Dura-Ace Mech Groupset: $1400
Bontrager XXX 6 Wheelset: $2200

Then with the $2200 left, Fizik Arione 00, Latex Tube, GP5000, Speedplay Ti Pedal. Maybe handlerbar upgrade for the Aero Vibe.

End result is a near 7kg bike with top aero performance.

I’m in the same boat. My long list is BMC, Cervelo S5, Giant Propel and Trek Madone SLR. All disc, all Dura Ace.

Bianchi Oltre XR4 followed by Trek Madone SLR. I would also consider the Giant Propel cause its crazy fast, but lacks comfort.

I really like the look of the Bianchi Oltre XR4 (especially the colour). So I would choose that ($4000) plus Dura Ace Di2 ($2500) and with the left $3500 DT Swiss or Roval wheelset (Enve wheelsets are too expensive I think) and Quarq PM

another build would be S-Works Tarmac SL6 (or Venge), DA Di2, Roval CLX 50, S-Works Romin Evo Saddle and Quarq or S-Works PM ( I already built one but would build it in another colour , best bike ever)

Damn, the bike I want is $12,520. Seriously.

I'd say custom build battleship grey/yellow Venge, DA Di2 w/power, Enve 4.5AR wheels. Cutting edge tech in every way. Newest aero bike, newest electronic groupset and hydro brakes, newest trend of wide/tubeless wheels. I'd be happy with that bike for a long time.

This man speaks sense but I'd probably di2.

Equipment choices aside the S3 rim brake frame is probably one of the most sensible aero choices out there right now.
