Nope - People with Taste and a sense of style. I think a lot of us also like the position of the Thumb shifter.

Oh I didn’t mean to take the piss, it’s just that if you take a random sample of people on the forum you’d expect to find a much higher proportion of people on Shimano (having it a much higher market share..)
