3d printed of homemade carbon tube/tool holder

Does anyone have ideas for an ultralight space tube/tool holder? I was considering trying to make something more custom fit than the Topeak Ninja or Specialized Swat which attaches to a bottle cage or cage mounts. Neither fit my bike, but I like the idea of using that space to hold a tube, lever, and C02 and was thinking about 3d printing one or attempting to make something out of carbon. I would love to see ultralight solutions others have came up with or made.
