PF30 conversion for Parlee Z-Zero

Hi,

I've recently got a Parlee Z-Zero and trying to find the best bb for use with internal DI2 wiring. I wanted to use a conversion type bb as I prefer this solution from an engineering point of view (screwed cups make more sense). However, I've tried a Praxis conversion BB and can't see how I'll feed the wires through the holes in the sleeve.

The issue is that the internal diameter is a constant 46mm so I need a bb which has a reduced diameter in the centre sleeved section to allow the wires to pass.

I'm sure I'm not the first to do this, so what solutions have others used?
