hi guys,

Just bought a secondhand bike which comes with full SRAM Force 22 (50/34, 11-28), but most parts are quite worn out. In addition, I have already got a PC1170 11-36 and a Rotor Aldhu with 1x chainring sitting at home. I was wondering if i can just swap the RD to a Force/Rival/Apex 1x then ditch the FD and get going. does that work? (will replace chain too). Cheers,
Some say pour 10ml water out of your bottle to save that last bit of the weight. Sorry, i go one step further, i tend to the rider off my bikes.
n+1...14 last time i checked, but i lost count

Yes, done it many times.

You can also easily take off the left shift lever by removing a circlip. You can even remove the whole shift mechanism, but that's more involved, so I usually leave it in.
