Campagnolo 12 brake caliper tire clearance vs 11 speed?

I have a set of 11 speed brake calipers mounted on an Enve road fork (Mosaic frame), and the new 12 speed calipers claim to have more clearence for 28mm tires. I'm running 28s now but it's very tight and I've rubbed paint off the inside of the brake caliper. Does anyone know how much difference there is between the old 11 speed front caliper and the new 12 speed one? Both convential rim brakes (not direct mount).
