No 36 (unless you count ENVE SES), but for 38 theres a decent amount of options:

Zipp SL70 Aero
Bontrager XXX Aero
Deda Superzero
S-Works Aerofly II

FSA used to have a K-wing that's 36cm wide.
You can probably use carbon track handlebars that have 38 or 36 width, likely they won't have internal cable route.

Specialized do a women’s bar.

My other half has some and loves them! 70mm reach and shallow.

I was looking at 3t Aeronova Teams but ended up going with cheaper aluminum bars from Bontrager with a top flat section. They are called "Bontrager Elite Aero VR-CF Road Handlebar" in 380mm and I like the internal routing on them. On my track bike, I have Specialized Womens Shallow Bend ALU bars in 36cm but even the S-Works version does not come with flat tops.

Black Inc make a 36cm handlebar (ctc) with 3° flare so maybe around 35 or 34cm at the levers.

Do you know for a fact that the bars are measured at the drops and not the grips/hoods?

Enve aero, hood 35 drop 40
old 3T aeronova 38 = hood 36 drop 38, not the current mode which starts from hood 38
farsports integrated F1, hood 36 drop 38

Answer of Black Inc, the mesure is at the levers so the size 36 mesure 37,5 at the drop (3° flare)
But a good one from Trek/Bontrager, there "Pro IsoCore VR-SF" handlebar (128mm drop, 75mm reach) exist on 36cm size, mesured at the drop so with the 4° flare, the levers have to be around 34,5cm :D The only downside is the weight, quoted at 225g at this size.
Trek's website: "IsoCore technology decreases road vibration by 20% over traditional carbon bars", some reviews agreed. https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/equi ... Code=black

List update (lever/drop):
3T Ergonova/Ernova 38: 36,5 - 38 200g (Team) 180g (LTD)
3T Superergo 38: 38 - 40
Black Inc 36: 36 - 37,5
Bontrager Pro IsoCore VR-SF 36: 34,5 - 36 (not sure, can be 36 - 38,5)
Darimo Ellipse 36: 36 - 36
Deda Zero 100 sell as 40 but exterior to exterior: 38 - 38 234g (old one)
Deda Zero 100 sell as 38: 36 - 36 242g
Enve SES Aero 35 - 40
Farsports integrated F1 36 - 38
FSA SL-K compact 38: 36 - 38 180g
FSA K-Wing 36: 34/35? - 36
Giant Liv Contact SLR Aero 36: ? - ? works with their own stem
Ritchey Evo Curve 38: 37,2 - 38 (Superlogic 196g)
Specialized S-Works Shallow Women 38: 36,5 - 38 180g
Specialized S-Works Shallow Women 36: 34,5 - 36 170g
Specialized S-Works Shallow 38: 38 - 38

I have both the XXX integrated bar/stem and Madone SLR integrated cockpit. Hate to break it to you, but they are measured c-c at the grips.

Had this answer 10min ago from a Trek's "technical guide": "center to center at the terminus of the drop on the bar". Maybe the integrated have a different mesure ?

Screenshot below is for non-integrated bars. And I’ve measured the two integrated bars I own. I very much doubt they’d confuse the matter by using either/or.

The older Ergonova bars were measured at the drops, so they were quite narrow at the hoods. A 38 in that older model would probably be 36 at the hoods. There are still floating around in shops and on eBay.
