Problem with 4IIII PRECISION 2.0 POWER METER

hi!
i bought a new 4iiii PRECISION 2.0 POWER METER and has never worked
i did everything step by step as was in the manual but i do not get power data.
i can read cadence but no power data.

why can i see cadence numbers and i cant see power numbers?
some time i see power numbers very high like 3500w.

i tried to fix it by following all the FAQ solutions that i found but nothing worked for me.
changed 3 new batteries, reset, removed it all step by step but nothing.

how can they sell an expansive left crank arm power meter without testing?
this has never worked so i suppose that they don't do a quality test when they sent to the store.
has anyone the same experience with me?

Hey mate.

Have you heard from 4iiii?. I’m having similar symptoms with my sworks power meter made by 4iiii.

I really don’t want to be without a left crank arm until a replacement arrives if that’s what it comes too.

i sent it back to probikekit and 10 days after they told me that it is defective and they sent a new one that is working normal
