I imported a 36mm set from Taiwan.
Shortest reach handlebars

They do exist then. Wonder why they don't appear on traditional EU online retailers.

Some sites say, that reach and drop grow with handlebar width on Pro PLT Ergo:
Reach: 68 mm, Drop: 120 mm, Flare: 4 Grad / 36/38cm
Reach: 73 mm, Drop: 130 mm, Flare: 4 Grad / 40cm
Reach: 78 mm, Drop: 140 mm, Flare: 4 Grad / 44/46cm
taken from starbike https://www.starbike.com/en/pro-plt-erg ... ar-31.8mm/
But on here https://www.pro-bikegear.com/us/road/ha ... -handlebar
it says all are 68/120. So wich one is it?

I have some kcnc bars that are probably a 50mm reach. I'll see if I can find them.
I guess they have made some changes, or there was a misstype in pro website. I have this handlebar for a year now and before buying it, pro website was showing different reach for different sizes.snaxez wrote: ↑Fri May 13, 2022 7:38 amSome sites say, that reach and drop grow with handlebar width on Pro PLT Ergo:

i think it's road.cc which has a review of it with photos showing the 73mm reach for a wider version. I guess it's shimano site mistake. Or... shimano decided it was to expensive to have 3 different molds and now just have the 68mm reach, 120mm drop and so on.snaxez wrote: ↑Fri May 13, 2022 7:38 amSome sites say, that reach and drop grow with handlebar width on Pro PLT Ergo:

I would really give a go to this handlebar in 38cm. I like all the specs. Of course... I would enjoy for it to be a bit lighter and have the option for internal cabling.

they are sold out. a year ago they there available in bike24 and r2-bike shops.ricerocket wrote: ↑Fri May 13, 2022 8:48 pmI honestly have no idea. Shimano seems to be producing stuff fine, but then not distributing it in the right places.

assuming these are only for integrated cabling directly into the stem ... unless the pics are incorrect, they don't have cable ports exiting near the clamp area ...
shame. they look great otherwise.

Do you have personal experience? A lot of Chinese bars are longer than they claim to be.
