Replacement dust cap for Campagnolo Record Hiddenset

I recently purchased a bike fitted with a 1-1/8" Campagnolo Record Hiddenset with the 16mm tall dust cap. The Hiddenset uses a special nylon compression ring and the bearing protrudes a little bit from the headtjbe.

MI would like to run the stem lower than what this dust cap allows, so a lower stack one is required. I can find some complete headsets in odd webshops, and of course Ebay. But I would prefer to get only a dust cap which fits and has a low stack. I already tried with the Cannondale 5mm tall dustcap, but it doesn't reach all the way down to the headube.

Any suggestions where I can find just the dust cap as a spare or one from another brand which works?
